We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
- Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Branding
- Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline updates in CRM tools
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising
- Good understanding of digital marketing services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Google Workspace/MS Office
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
