We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
  • Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Branding
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline updates in CRM tools

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Google Workspace/MS Office
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
